Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify specification of product and coordinate outsourcing production.
[Main duties and responsibilities]
- Manage specification of product and modify option of vehicle
- Maintain BOM (Bill of material) and master part list of vehicle
- Update production plans in the system for efficient information sharing and analysis.
- Inform the Manufacturing Units of production plans and their modifications.
- Cooperate with the Technology Team for successful launching of new products
- Manage new part application in the production system for smooth production.
- Develop production plans to ensure continuous production.
- Communicate with the Manufacturing Units on a regular basis; modify production plans referring to their feedback (e.g. the level of production, demands).
- Arrange and administer outsourcing production; arrange outsourcing manufacturing of master batches.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
- Deep understanding of SCM (Supply Chain Management)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred

Travel Requirement
- Domestic / International travel required.
Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
