Paint Production Head of the Department

What Will You Do:

  • Oversee activities directly related to the assigned operational department.

 

  • Plan and direct all department activities aligned with company goals and objectives; coordinate with executive management and other department heads as required

 

  • Continously monitor established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and develop continous improvement plans to meet KPI angles

 

  • Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets

 

  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

 

  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire, and train new employees, or oversee these personnel processes

 

  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with executive management and staff members as necessary.

 

  • Recommend and/or implement measures to motive employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

 

  • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.

 

  • Develop department succession plan; identify organizational opportunities for personnel development

 

  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.

 

  • Management subsidiary material (paint, sealer etc.) and manufacturing tool for production.

 

  • Make plans to cleaning paint shop for each facility and arrange manpower for cleaning job.

 

  • Meet all other requirements as assigned

 

  • Monitor safety/environmental, quality, cost, and productivity objectives for department

      

  • Recognize overall paint facility status and problem and feedback to staff engaged in.

What You Will Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering majors)
  • 15+ years of job-related experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
  • Deep understanding of external markets and current trends
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in data analysis and developing proposal
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require company-approved sponsorship for this position now or in the future
  • 10 years or more of supervision and management related to finished car paint. 
  • Task execution, drive, agility, crisis response capability 

 

Travel Requirement

  • Domestic / International travel required.
