Develop employer branding and employee engagement planning, roadmap, and annual plan in order to construct a positive company image.

Promote best employer campaign in order to increase brand exposure and to enhance brand reputation in talent market.

Organize and implement conferences, team building events, and other related projects to enhance employee engagement.

Lead implementation of work environment management initiatives
[Benefits/Payroll]

Setting and Managing the Benefits/Payroll Team and Members
-
Develop benefits and payroll policies, processes, and guidelines.

Oversee the processing of monthly billings.
-
Develop partnership with HMGMA contracted Benefits providers.
-
Recommend and administer the benefits programs to ensure programs are current regarding trends, practices, and costs.

Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on benefit and payroll matters.

Develop 401(k) communication materials, supplies, presentations, and training as appropriate.

Responsible for payroll administration.

Oversee time management processes.

Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll and terms and conditions of employment

Oversee all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claims.

Oversee Payroll HRIS system and work with system provider to ensure changes / updates are fully tested and implemented.

Develop manpower cost and reports for management to review.

Maintain proper document filing and documentation.

Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and propose HR management activities accordingly.

Actively communicate with HQ to ensure clear and consistent HR decisions.

Qualifications & Preferences
-
Bachelor’s degree (all majors) required.
-
10 – 15 years of job-related experience
-
Experience working with HR trends, labor legislation, compensation programs and Georgia income taxes.

Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
-
Deep understanding of external market and current trends
-
Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.

Job related experience in Automotive Industry
-
ADP experience
-
SAP experience
Travel Requirement

Domestic / International travel required.
Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
