Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing Compensation policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Assist in HR Reporting including attrition, staff demographics, budget report, and forecasting etc.
  • Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount) for all departments.
  • Support the succession planning and promotion processes.
  • Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company’s competitive position.
  • Administer compensation programs, including organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structure, and developing salary budgets, to analyze and improve the internal equity and competitive market position.
  • Support human resources projects and programs.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.


Qualifications & Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience
  • Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
  • Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care


Travel Requirement

  • Domestic / International travel required.


Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
