Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

[Position Summary] 

  • Coordinates, monitors and performs technical processes related to Tech Support shop in maintenance department to meet company goals. 


[General Management] 

  • Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion. 

  • Develop detail action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index. (Downtime, PM Plan & Actual, Equipment monitoring system, Equipment improvements, Safety/Environmental etc.) 

  • Implement an efficient reporting system 

  • Maintain operation system (SAP PM module, patrol system, Monitoring system) &  

Support system development team for system set-up & training for all sections  

  • Maintain & summary maintenance indicis plan/results and report it to MGR periodically 

(budget, downtime, manpower, preventive maintenance, spare parts) 

  • SAP & PM system should be maintained daily basis based on each shop’s PM activities  

  • Support AM/MGR to encourage good teamwork. (Meeting, Events, Collaboration) 

  • Need Flexible work schedule based on department shift rotation plan and can be requested to take care any urgent equipment issue (Night, Weekends, Holidays) 


[Budget & Spare parts Management] 

  • Analysis maintenance department budget (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) 

  • Manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution and inventory control of maintenance material. (include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.) 

  • Purchase department common items  

(Office supplies, furniture, tools, fabricating materials, Lubricants and so on) 

  • Develop parts management plan and execute parts audit for each shop inventory (Quarterly)  



  • Understanding of safety and environmental restrictions on maintenance  

  • Prepare AMC contractor & manage activity plan/results for external contractors  

  • In charge of managing and training for SAP, PM Module, PDA system of maintenance department 


Qualifications & Preferences 


  • More than 5 years maintenance career in the field of automated plants.                                  

  • ERP(SAP) experiences. Specially, PM module & patrol system. 

  • Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems. 


  • More than 2 years maintenance career in major automotive industry 

  • Holders of mechanical or electrical certifications 

  • AB PLC program and control circuit experience  

  • Performed many equipment installations including design study, paperwork, inspection and    testing new/modified equipment and processes  

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
