Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

[Job Purpose] 

  • Develop and modify specification of product and coordinate outsourcing production. 


[Main duties and responsibilities] 

  • Lead and skill up cell members 

  • Manage specification of product and modify option of vehicle 

  • Maintain BOM (Bill of material) and master part list of vehicles. 

  • Cooperate with the Technology Team for successful launching of new products 

  • Manage new part application in the production system for smooth production. 

  • Develop knowledge of production system and come up innovative idea 

  • Develop production plans to ensure continuous production. 

  • Communicate with the Manufacturing Units on a regular basis; modify production plans referring to their feedback (e.g., the level of production, demands). 

  • Meet all other requirements as assigned. 



Qualifications & Preferences 


  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • Minimum 5-10 years of related job experience (Minimum 3 years of managing experience)  

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications 

  • Deep understanding of SCM (Supply Chain Management) 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future 


  • Experience 

  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred 

  • Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred

Travel Requirement 

  • Domestic / International travel required. 


Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
