We are looking for a competent Security Service Assistant Manager who is responsible for the company's overall safety and security. His primary role involves developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets, employees, and visitors. This position will perform risk assessments, develop emergency response plans, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed. Additionally, this position will work with the specialist to oversee the installation and operation of security systems, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarms. The main objective is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Perform risk assessments, develop emergency response plans, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies.
- Member of the first response team
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
- Controlling budgets for security operations
- Recruited, trained, and supervised security staff and vendors, ensuring all personnel adhered to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Investigate security incidents and promptly report findings to management.
- Maintain a secure environment for plant assets and minimize potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance plant security.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.
- Conduct security awareness training for all employees and contractors.
Qualifications & Preferences
Required:
- Minimum five years’ experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, or a bachelor's degree in security management or a related field
- Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Preferred:
- More than one year of law enforcement experience
- Good understanding of the Security and Access H/W
- Good understanding of the Security Camera and Access system
- IT & network knowledge
- Essential Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies.
- Familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Travel Requirement
- Domestic / International travel required.
