HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform complete electric Vehicle subsystem teardown.
• Evaluate different vehicle syubsystems after extended durability testing.  Recommend process and product improvements.
• Handle and manage complete EV durability testing
• Operate EV durability fleet and create weekly reports.
• Review EV Models certifications and maintain records.
• Conduct product testing and first article and final inspections when needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
• Continuously improve the durability testing and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences

Required:

A bachelor’s degree of higher

• Advance knowledge of EV subsystems.  Efficient operation and management of vehicle fleet
• Knowledge of automotive systems, including EV chassis, and electronic systems.
• Ability to understand, read and establish fluent technical English conversations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great problem definition and problem solution tool application

Preferred:

• Experience with projects that encouraged participation in related departments.

Travel Requirement

• Domestic / International travel required.
