Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

[ Position Summary ]

  • Drive innovation and change to manage and lead project so that team members may feel inspired, empowered, and connected to the company’s mission of creating “Movement that inspires”
  • Work directly with PM to help implement project goals (Assist to determine and define project scope and objectives)
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable (Liaise with project lead and other related managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy)
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress (If necessary, assist coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution)
  • Assist developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan (Review project implementation and gather data on project execution)
  • Measure project performance to identify and suggest areas for improvement

 

[ Major Job Responsibilities ]

  • Establishment of plant event schedule and progress management for new EV model projects – consultation on schedule adjustment among relevant departments, etc.
  • Establishment of supplementary investment plans and management of progress

Check the progress of other project-related tasks, identify problems, report to PM and implement instructions/orders

  • Check performance and management index achievement status of each shop
  • Operating a working-level inspection meeting and preparing regular reports on the achievement of management index
  • Comprehensive business plan and check progress status of each shop (voluntary management in the planning and implementation stage)
  • Role as a communication channel between the production plant and the head office (working-level consultation focused on local personnel)
  • Preparation of reports for management visits and local executives. Comprehensive management supports such as local self-implemented construction, supplementary investment, etc.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, actively participate in employee training
  • Actively participate in collaborative activities with related departments and strengthening organizational capabilities for communication and collaboration between Americans and Koreans

 

[ Qualifications & Preferences ]

  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, best practices and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree or above in a field related to the project management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration may be preferred

  • Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
  • Normal office duties and overnight travel required approximately 5-10%
