HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.


  • Maintain all department organizational charts, including maintaining the company organizational structure within HR system.
  • Generate reports to track organizational changes, statistics, and company headcount.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and competency components for positions, including consulting with department management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform job evaluations to analyze job duties of current HMGMA positions as requested/needed.
  • Support human resources projects and programs.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Korean and English (bilingual) required.
  • Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
  • Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
  • Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care

Travel Requirement

  • Domestic / International travel required.


Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
