Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly VIP visits, and a wide range of corporate events and projects.
  • Manage grand openings of corporate locations, ensuring seamless logistics, impactful branding, and positive community engagement.
  • Organize employee events, such as team-building activities, appreciation events, and milestone celebrations, to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and community partners to ensure successful event execution within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, cultural groups, and community leaders to enhance event participation and support.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve event strategies and enhance attendee satisfaction.

 

Vendor Management:

   - Identify and evaluate potential vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

   - Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.

   - Conduct regular vendor reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.

   - Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing value for the organization.

 

Other Project Management/Administrative/Other Duties as assigned:

   - Oversee and coordinate office construction/setup of facilities/spaces - projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships.

   - Lead the implementation of new office systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

   - Manage the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

   - Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing agenda, tracking and follow up of actions.

   - Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information, vendor contracts, and inventory levels.

   - Manage facility-related expenses, including utilities, maintenance contracts

 

 

Qualifications & Preferences 

• Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in event planning and project management, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong understanding of multicultural dynamics and experience coordinating diverse events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

 

Competency Based:  

  • Displays knowledge and skills necessary to perform assigned duties, understands process, procedures, standards, methods, and technology related to assignments.  

  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience required. 

  • SAP experience is preferred.  

 

Travel Requirement 

  • Domestic / International travel required. 

 

Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
